Theft/Vandalism
There continues to be instances of vandalism/theft within our development. Please be aware of those roaming the development that do not appear to belong. Better to error on the side of caution than have someone's house robbed/vandalized.
With Warren Jr. High and Old River Elementary so close, many of the young people are choosing to take a short cut through the development. This may add to the incidents we are experiencing.
If a need arises, please do not hesitate to contact the local police authorities.
