Holiday Decorating Policy
Owners may put up holiday decorations no more than 30 days prior to the holiday and must have them removed no more than 30 days after the holiday. Homeowners should be considerate of neighbors when decorating for the holidays.
Owners who have questions or comments are asked to submit them in writing to Kelly Management.

Theft/Vandalism
There continue to be instances of vandalism/theft within our development. Please be aware of those roaming the development that do not appear to belong. Better to error on the side of caution than have someone's house robbed/vandalized.
With Warren Jr. High and Old River Elementary so close, many of the young people are choosing to take a short cut through the development. This may add to the incidents we are experiencing.
If a need arises, please do not hesitate to contact the local police authorities.
